Abstract

ABSTRAK Ihin Solihin, 3.19.023.0010. Pengaruh Implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) dan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru PAI terhadap Mutu Hasil Belajar PAI di SMA Negeri 4, 5, 6, 12 dan 23 Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pendidikan yang saat ini masih berorientasi pada input-output oriented dan makro-mikro oriented yang pada kenyataanya belum meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, sementara tingkat kebutuhan siswa dalam belajar bervariatif baik bagi dirinya, masyarakat maupun tuntutan dunia usaha dan perkembangan IPTEK. Melalui implementasi Total Quality Management di sekolah dengan pengawasan sebagai kendali mutu yang dilakukan secara terus menerus dan berkelanjutan diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Adapun kendali mutu yang ditawarkan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan adalah dengan mengimplementasikan Supervisi Akademik Reflektif Kolaboratif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi: 1) Implementasi Total Quality Management. 2) Kompetensi pedagogi guru PAI, 3) Mutu hasil belajar PAI 4) Pengaruh Total Quality Management terhadap mutu hasil belajar PAI. 5) Pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI terhadap mutu hasil belajar PAI. 6) Pengaruh implementasi Total Quality Management dan kompetensi pedagogic guru PAI terhadap hasil belajar PAI. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik dengan teknik survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah: uji prasyarat (analisis validitas, reliabilitas, normalitias, linearitas, heteroskedastis), uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) berkualifikasi baik. 2) Kompetensi pedagogic guru PAI berkualifikasi baik. 3) Mutu hasil belajar PAI berkualifikasi baik. 4) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan implementasi TQM terhadap mutu hasil belajar. 5) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogic guru PAI terhadap mutu hasil belajar. 6) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan implementasi TQM dan kompetensi pedagogic guru PAI terhadap mutu hasil belajar PAI. The Effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) Implementation and PAI Teachers Pedagogic Competence on the Quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Learning Outcomes in SMA Negeri 4, 5, 6, 12 and 23 Bandung City. This research is motivated by education which is currently oriented towards input-output oriented and macro-micro oriented which in fact has not improved the quality of education, while the level of students' needs in learning varies both for themselves, society and the demands of the business world and the development of science and technology. Through the implementation of Total Quality Management in schools with supervision as quality control which is carried out continuously and continuously, it is hoped that it will be able to improve the quality of education. The quality control offered to maintain and improve the quality of education is by implementing Collaborative Reflective Academic Supervision. The purpose of this research is to identify: 1) Implementation of Total Quality Management. 2) PAI teacher pedagogic competence, 3) Quality of PAI learning outcomes 4) The effect of Total Quality Management on the quality of PAI learning outcomes. 5) The effect of the pedagogical competence of Islamic religious teachers on the quality of Islamic education learning outcomes. 6) The effect of the implementation of Total Quality Management and the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers on Islamic education learning outcomes. The approach used in this research is quantitative with analytic descriptive method with survey techniques. Data collection techniques carried out in this study used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The quantitative data analysis techniques used were: prerequisite test (validity, reliability, normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity analysis), simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) is well qualified. 2) The pedagogic competence of PAI teachers is well qualified. 3) The quality of PAI learning outcomes is well qualified. 4) There is a positive and significant influence of TQM implementation on the quality of learning outcomes. 5) there is a positive and significant effect of the pedagogic competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers on the quality of learning outcomes. 6) There is a positive and significant influence on the implementation of TQM and the pedagogic competence of Islamic education teachers on the quality of Islamic education learning outcomes. الملخص إيهين سليهين 3.19.023.0010. تأثير تنفيذ إدارة الجودة الشاملة (TQM) والكفاءة التربوية لمعلمي PAI على جودة مخرجات تعلم التربية الإسلامية في SMA Negeri 4 و 5 و 6 و 12 و 23 مدينة باندونغ. يتم تحفيز هذا البحث من خلال التعليم الموجه حاليًا نحو المدخلات والمخرجات الموجهة والماكرو الجزئي الموجه والذي في الواقع لم يحسن جودة التعليم ، بينما يختلف مستوى احتياجات الطلاب في التعلم لأنفسهم والمجتمع ومتطلباتهم. عالم الأعمال وتطور العلوم والتكنولوجيا. من خلال تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المدارس مع الإشراف كرقابة على الجودة والتي يتم تنفيذها بشكل مستمر ومستمر ، من المؤمل أن تكون قادرة على تحسين جودة التعليم. يتم تقديم مراقبة الجودة للحفاظ على جودة التعليم وتحسينها من خلال تنفيذ الإشراف الأكاديمي التعاوني. الغرض من هذا البحث هو تحديد: 1) تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة. 2) الكفاءة التربوية لمعلم PAI ، 3) جودة نتائج التعلم PAI 4) تأثير إدارة الجودة الشاملة على جودة نتائج التعلم PAI. 5) أثر الكفاءة التربوية لمعلمي الدين الإسلامي على جودة مخرجات تعلم التربية الإسلامية. 6) أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة والكفاءة التربوية لمعلمي PAI على مخرجات تعلم التربية الإسلامية. الطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع تقنيات المسح. استخدمت تقنيات جمع البيانات التي أجريت في هذه الدراسة تقنيات الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. كانت تقنيات تحليل البيانات الكمية المستخدمة هي: اختبار المتطلبات الأساسية (الصلاحية ، الموثوقية ، الوضع الطبيعي ، الخطي ، تحليل التغاير المرونة) ، اختبار الانحدار الخطي البسيط ، اختبار الانحدار الخطي المتعدد واختبار الفرضيات. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1) تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة (TQM) مؤهل بشكل جيد. 2) الكفاءة التربوية لمعلمي PAI مؤهلون جيدًا. 3) جودة نتائج التعلم PAI مؤهلة بشكل جيد. 4) هناك تأثير إيجابي وهام لتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة على جودة مخرجات التعلم. 5) هناك تأثير إيجابي وهام للكفاءة التربوية لمعلمي التربية الدينية الإسلامية على جودة مخرجات التعلم. 6) هناك تأثير إيجابي وهام على تنفيذ إدارة الجودة الشاملة والكفاءة التربوية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية على جودة مخرجات تعلم التربية الإسلامية.
