Abstract

INDONESIA : Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu lembaga pemerintah yang menggunakan website sebagai sumber media informasi bagi publik. PPID Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bogor turtu berkontribusi dalam menjalankan amanat Undang-Undang No. 14 tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. PPID Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bogor secara aktif melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan informasi publik melalui media website guna membentuk citra perusahaan yang baik. Hal itu dibuktikan pada 2019 website PPID mendapat penghargaan dari Bupati Bogor berdasarkan beberapa kategori yakni, kategori standar layanan informasi publik dan kategori kelengkapan daftar informasi publik. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen public relations pada website ppid.bogorkab.go.id melalui konsep four steps public relations yang digagas oleh Cutlip, Center, dan Broom dengan indicator 1) pencarian data (fact finding) 2) perencanaan dan pemrograman (planning and programming) 3) aksi dan komunikasi (taking action and communicating) 4) evaluasi (evaluating). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder melalui Teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa PPID Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bogor sudah tepat dalam melaksanakan manajemen public relations melalui website ppid.bogorkab.go.id selaras dengan konsep four steps public relations, dengan indicator sebagai berikut :1) Tahap fact finding : PPID Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bogor melakukan analisis data dan pencarian data; 2) tahap planning and programming : PPID Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bogor melakukan perumusan tujuan dan penetapan program; 3) tahap taking action and communicating : PPID Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bogor melakukan kegiatan pengelolaan website ppid.bogorkab.go.id dan pembagian tenaga kerja yang mengelola website; 4) tahap evaluating the program : PPID Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bogor melakukan kegiatan visitor website dan monitoring evaluasi. ENGLISH : The Bogor Regency Communication and Information Office is one of the government agencies that uses the website as a source of information for the public. The PPID of the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Service has also contributed to carrying out the mandate of Law no. 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure. The PPID of the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Service is actively carrying out public information service activities through the media website in order to form a good corporate image. This was proven in 2019 the PPID website received an award from the Bogor Regent based on several categories, namely, the standard category of public information services and the category of completeness of the list of public information. This study aims to find out how public relations management is on the website ppid.bogorkab.go.id through the four steps public relations concept initiated by Cutlip, Center, and Broom with indicators 1) data search (fact finding) 2) planning and programming ( planning and programming) 3) action and communication (taking action and communicating) 4) evaluation (evaluating). This research was carried out using a qualitative approach, the method used was descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data through data collection techniques, namely in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study can be concluded that the PPID of the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Service is appropriate in carrying out public relations management through the website ppid.bogorkab.go.id in line with the four steps public relations concept, with the following indicators: 1) The fact finding stage: PPID Dinas Bogor Regency Communications and Information Technology conducts data analysis and data retrieval; 2) planning and programming stage: PPID of the Bogor Regency Communications and Informatics Office shall formulate objectives and determine the program; 3) the stage of taking action and communicating: PPID of the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Service carries out activities for managing the website ppid.bogorkab.go.id and division of labor who manages the website; 4) the stage of evaluating the program: the PPID of the Bogor Regency Communication and Information Office conducts website visitor activities and evaluation monitoring.
