Abstract

INDONESIA : Cagar Alam Kawah Kamojang merupakan salah satu kawasan konservasi di Jawa Barat yang menyimpan kekayaan flora dan fauna yang sangat beragam salah satunya yaitu anggrek epifit. Anggrek epifit adalah anggrek yang hidup menempel pada bagian pohon seperti batang, dahan, atau ranting pohon yang masih hidup maupun yang sudah mati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis anggrek (Orchidaceae) epifit berdasarkan ketinggian tempat di Cagar Alam Kawah Kamojang Jawa Barat, untuk mengetahui faktor lingkungan terhadap keanekaragaman jenis anggrek (Orchidaceae) epifit berdasarkan ketinggian tempat di Cagar Alam Kawah Kamojang Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu; dengan membuat plot 20x20 meter. Kemudian data diambil berdasarkan 5 stasiun ketinggian tempat. Selain data tumbuhan anggrek epifit, diambil data faktor lingkungan yang meliputi suhu udara, kelembaban udara, pH tanah, dan intensitas cahaya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Maret 2019 di Cagar Alam Kawah Kamojang Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keanekaragaman jenis anggrek epifit berdasarkan ketinggian tempat tergolong sedang. ENGLISH : Kamojang Crater Nature Reserve is one of the conservation areas in West Java that stores a rich diversity of flora and fauna, one of which is the epiphytic orchid. Epiphytic orchids are orchids that live attached to parts of trees such as trunks, branches, or branches of trees that are still alive or dead. This study aims to determine the diversity of epiphytic orchid species (Orchidaceae) based on the height of the place in the Kamojang Crater Nature Reserve in West Java, to determine the environmental factors on the diversity of orchid species (Orchidaceae) epiphytes based on the height of the place in the Kamojang Crater Nature Reserve in West Java. This research uses purposive sampling method namely; by making a 20x20 meter plot. Then the data is taken based on 5 altitude stations. In addition to epiphytic orchid plant data, environmental factors including environmental temperature, air humidity, soil pH, and light intensity were taken. This research was conducted in January to March 2019 in the Kamojang Crater Nature Reserve in West Java. The results showed that the diversity of epiphytic orchids based on altitude was classified as moderate
