Abstract

INDONESIA Ginseng Jawa (Talinum triangulare Willd) merupakan tanaman berkhasiat obat yang mengandung zat aktif antioksidan dan afrodisiaka. Ginseng Jawa termasuk tanaman yang sulit diperbanyak secara generatif karena memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk menghasilkan akar dan rentan terhadap serangan bakteri dan hama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh NAA dan BAP terhadap perbanyakan tanaman Ginseng Jawa secara In vitro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dari April sampai dengan Oktober 2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, rancangan perlakuan terdiri dari NAA (kontrol, 0,10 mg L-1, 0,15 mg L-1, 0,20 mg L-1 ) dan BAP (0,50 mg L-1, 1,00 mg L-1, 1,50 mg L-1, 2,00 mg L-1 ) yang diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian NAA 0,15 mg L-1 + BAP 1,00 mg L-1 menghasilkan respons terbaik yaitu rata-rata tunas tertinggi 0,92 cm, rata-rata jumlah akar terbanyak 4,33 helai dan rata-rata jumlah daun yang banyak dengan bentuk daun yang lebar yaitu 5,00 helai. ENGLISH Java Ginseng (Talinum triangulare Willd.) is nutritious medicinal plant that contains active substance antioxidants and aphridisiacs. Java Ginseng includes into plant that is difficult to grow in generative and conventional ways, it need quite a long time to produce roots and it is susceptible to the attack of bacteria and pests. The intention of this research is to know the effect of NAA and BAP concentrations on the growth of Water leaf shoots in vitro. The research was carried out at tissue culture laboratory of State Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, from April until October 2018. The study used experimental methods in descriptive and the experiment divided into NAA (control, 0,10 mg L-1, 0,15 mg L-1, 0,20 mg L-1) dan BAP (0,50 mg L-1, 1,00 mg L-1, 1,50 mg L-1, 2,00 mg L-1 ) repeated into three time. The result of the research is giving on NAA 0,15 mg L-1 + BAP 1,00 mg L-1 the best responses, the highest average shoots 0,92 cm, the highest total 4,33 of roots and the average total 5,00 of leaves with a wide leaf shape
