Abstract

INDONESIAN: Telah berhasil disintesis Copper Nanowires (CuNWs) menggunakan reaksi ko-presipitasi berbasis larutan Kalium Hidroksida (KOH). Copper nanowires berhasil tumbuh dalam media KOH pada konsentrasi 12 M, 14M, dan 16 M. Konsentrasi KOH mempengaruhi waktu sintesis. Selain itu waktu sintesis copper nanowires mempengaruhi besar ukuran diameter dan panjang partikel. Hasil morfologi SEM menunjukan partikel copper nanowires memiliki ukuran diameter ideal 153,72 nm dan panjang 3,22 μm pada waktu sintesis 10 menit. Interaksi hidrazin hidrat dengan Cu menyebabkan perubahan panjang sedangkan interaksi EDA dengan Cu menyebabkan perubahan diameter copper nanowires. Probabilitas interaksi bahan pembentuk mempengaruhi struktur dari copper nanowires. Struktur pembentukan copper nanowires berasal dari bibit (seeds) dengan mengikuti stuktur awal dari Cu yaitu oktahedral. ENGLISH: Copper Nanowires (CuNWs) have been successfully synthesized using co-precipitation reaction based solution of Potassium Hydroxide (KOH). Copper nanowires grown successfully in media KOH at a concentration of 12 M, 14M and 16 M KOH concentration affects the synthesis time. Besides copper nanowires synthesis time affects large particle size diameter and length. The results show the SEM morphology of particles having a diameter of copper nanowires ideal length of 153.72 nm and 3.22 μm at synthesis at 10 minutes. Interaction of hydrazine hydrate with Cu causes length changes while the interaction Cu with EDA cause changes in copper nanowires diameter. The probability of forming materials interaction affects the structure of copper nanowires. Copper nanowires structure formation derived from the seeds following the initial structure of Cu is octahedral.
