Abstract

Kedelai merupakan salah satu tanaman polong-polongan sumber protein penting di Indonesia. Varietas unggul kedelai yang telah dilepas pemerintah antara lain: Argomulyo, Anjasmoro dan Wilis. Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular (FMA) termasuk salah satu kelompok jamur endomikoriza yang membentuk asosiasi simbiosis mutualis dengan akar tanaman. Penelitian telah dilakukan di Desa Jatisari Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan Oktober, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan tiga kali ulangan yang terdiri atas dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah dosis Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular (FMA) jenis Glomus fasciculatum yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan dosis: FMA 0 g polybag-1 atau kontrol (m0), FMA 12,5 g polybag-1 (m1), FMA 25 g polybag-1 (m2), dan FMA 37,5 g polybag-1 (m3). Kemudian faktor kedua adalah varietas tanaman kedelai yang terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan yaitu: Argomulyo (v1), Anjasmoro (v2) dan Wilis (v3). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antara pemberian dosis Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular (FMA) jenis Glomus fasciculatum dan varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai sedangkan pemberian dosis pupuk FMA 37,5 g polybag-1 berpengaruh terhadap luas daun, berat segar brangkasan, berat kering brangkasan, derajat infeksi akar, bobot biji pertanaman dan nisbah pupus akar. Secara mandiri pemberian varietas Anjasmoro (v2) berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman. Soybeans is one of the most important sources of protein in Indonesia. Soybean varieties that have been released by the government includy: Argomulyo, Anjasmoro and Wilis. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (FMA) belongs to a group of endomycorrhizal fungi that forms mutualist symbiotic associations with plant roots. It had been done in Jatisari Village, Tanjungsari Sub-district, Sumedang district from August to October, using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) factorial pattern with three replications consisting of two factors. The first factor was the dose of Fungi Mycorrhiza Arbuscular (FMA) Glomus fasciculatum type consisting of 4 levels of treatment dose: FMA 0 g polybag-1 or control (m0), FMA 12.5 g polybag-1 (m1), FMA 25 g polybag-1 (m2), and FMA 37.5 g polybag-1 (m3). Then the second factor was soybean consisting of 3 levels of treatment namely: Argomulyo (v1), Anjasmoro (v2) and Wilis (v3). The result of research showed that there wasn’t interaction between dosy of Arbuscular Fungi Mycorrhizal Fusion (FMA) Glomus fasciculatum and varieties on growth and yield of soybean crop while FMA dosage of FMA type 37,5 g polybag-1 had an effect on leaf width, weight fresh stover, dry weight of sterilization, degree of root infection, plant seed weight and the shoot root ratio. Self-administered Anjasmoro variety (v2) gave effect on plant height.
