Abstract
Not like in Western state, religion and politics in Indonesia is something difficult to be strictly separated. As a lecturer on al-Fiqh al-Siyasa (law and politics in Islam) as well as an activist on human rights advocacy studies I cannot evade issues related to religion, law and politics in Indonesia. So it can be understood if all of papers or articles written in this book were actually reflections or opinions related to these issues.
