Abstract

INDONESIA : Badan Pusat Statistik merupakan salah satu instansi pemeritah non departemen di Indonesia yang memiliki tanggung jawab secara langsung terhadap presiden. Adapun tugas Badan Pusat Statistik memiliki tugas yang mendasar sejalan menurut Perpu dan fungsi membagikan pelayanan umum dibidang perecanaan umum, organisasi dan pengarahan, pengelolaan SDM, arsip, keuangan, fasilitas serta anggaran BPS Kabupaten Purwakarta Penyelenggaraan aturan kerja yang efektif sebagai upaya mencapai tujuan-tujuan organisasi dapat mewujudkan kesejahteraan pegawai. Pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi dengan dukungan sumber daya yang ada secara efektif mempermudah pelaksanaan program yang dilaksanakan oleh organisasi. Oleh sebab itu, fungsi sumberdaya didalam sebuah organisasi menjadi sangat penting sehingga patut untuk di perhatikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena yang terjadi dalam capaian kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan program kerja serta mengetahui apakah kendala yang ada pada berjalannya program kerja. Berhubungan dan berkoordinasi antara Kepala BPS dan jajarannya untuk menjelaskan dan menginformasikan perarturan Kepala BPS pusat. Selama implementasi kebijakan ia mampu mengumpulkan sumber daya yang diperlukan, namun bila dilihat dari matriks beban kerja masih kurang. Serta kurang mendukungnya sarana dan prasarana seperti kendaraan dan PC. Demikian factor yang mempengaruhi capaian kinerja pada Badan Pusat Statistik dalam menjalankan program kinerja. ENGLISH : The Central Bureau of Statistics is one of the non-departmental government agencies in indonesia that has direct responsibility for the president. The duties of the Central Statistics Agency Have basic tasks in line with the Perpu and the function of distributing public service in the field of general planning, organization and direction, human resource management, archive, finance, facilities and budgets of BPS Purwakarta Regency. Implementation of effective work rules as an effort to achieve organizational goals can realize employee welfare. The implementation of functions with the support of existing resources effectively facilitates the implementation of programs implemented by the organization. Therefore, the function of resources in an organization becomes very important so it deserves attention. This study uses qualitative research methods that aim to analyze the phenomena that occur in the achievement of employee performance in carrying out work programs and fine out what obstacles exist in the running of the work program. Liaise and coordinate between the head of BPS and his staff to explain and inform the regulation of the head of Central BPS. During the implementation of the policy he was able to collect the necessary resource, but when viewed from the workload matrix, it was still lacking. And the lack of support for facilities and infrastructure such as vehicles and PCs. These are the factors that affect the performance achievement of the Central Statistics Agency in carrying out performance programs.
