Abstract

Indonesia Implementasi literasi kitab ta’lim al-muta’allim di MA Al-Manshuriyah merupakan program yang terdiri dari 1) Kitab Ta’lim Al-Muta’allim dimasukkan di dalam kurikulum Madrasah, 2) Peserta didik beserta pendidik membaca Kitab Ta’lim Al-Muta’allim selama 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran Kitab Ta’lim Al-Muta’allim dimulai, dan 3) Peserta didik membuat mading perkelas & papan mading di madrasah yang diisi dengan materi Kitab Ta’lim Al-Muta’allim. Program ini sudah berjalan dengan baik namun pada kenyataannya masih ditemukan beberapa masalah penyimpangan karakter dan lemahnya motivasi belajar yaitu 1) peserta didik tidak mengerjakan tugas dari pendidik, 2) peserta didik tidak datang ke madrasah dengan alasan tidak jelas, 3) peserta didik sengaja datang terlambat ke madrasah, dan 4) peserta didik berpakaian tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis implementasi literasi kitab Ta’lim Al-Muta’allim di MA Al-Manshuriyah Cianjur, 2) Menganalisis pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter dan motivasi belajar melalui implementasi literasi kitab Ta’lim Al-Muta’allim di MA Al-Manshuriyah Cianjur, 3) Menganalisis hasil implementasi literasi kitab Ta’lim Al-Muta’allim di MA Al-Manshuriyah Cianjur, dan 4) Menganalisis faktor penunjang dan penghambat dalam implementasi literasi kitab Ta’lim Al-Muta’allim di MA Al-Manshuriyah Cianjur. Menurut Dirjen Pendidikan Menengah (2016:5), literasi lebih dari sekadar membaca dan menulis, tetapi mencakup pula pada keterampilan berpikir menggunakan sumber-sumber pengetahuan dalam bentuk cetak, visual, digital, dan auditori sehinggga kemampuan ini disebut dengan literasi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kulitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sumber data secara purposive sampel. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala madrasah, pendidik, dan peserta didik MA Al-Manshuriyah dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Implementasi literasi kitab ta’lim al-muta’allim di MA Al-Manshuriyah sudah berjalan dengan baik namun masih ditemukan beberapa penyimpangan pendidikan karakter dan motivasi belajar. Kegiatan literasi ini seharusnya dapat meningkatkan pendidikan karakter dan motivasi belajar peserta didik namun pada kenyataannya karena terdapat kekeliruan pada pelaksanaan literasi berupa 1) pembelajaran kitab ta’lim al-muta’allim didalam kelas tidak menggunakan RPP, dan 2) majalah dinding tidak diperbaharui secara berkala. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu perbaikan agar tercapai suatu hasil yang sesuai dengan visi MA Al-Manshuriyah berupa 1) pendidik harus mempersiapkan pembelajaran kitab ta’lim al-muta’allim didalam kelas dengan baik dengan cara membuat RPP, dan 2) majalah dinding diperbaharui secara berkala.   English The implementation of ta'lim al-muta'allim literacy at MA Al-Manshuriyah is a program consisting of 1) the Al-Muta'allim Book of Ta'lim included in the Madrasa curriculum, 2) Students and educators read the Ta'lim Al-Qur'an -Muta'allim for 15 minutes before the study of the Al-Muta'allim Book of Ta'lim begins, and 3) Students make class magazines & wall boards in the madrasa filled with Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim book material. This program has been going well, but in fact there are still some problems with character deviations and weak learning motivation, namely 1) students do not do the assignments from the educator, 2) students do not come to madrasa with unclear reasons, 3) students deliberately come late to the madrasa, and 4) students dress not according to the rules set by the madrasa. This study aims to 1) analyze the implementation of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim literacy in MA Al-Manshuriyah Cianjur, 2) Analyze the implementation of strengthening character education and learning motivation through the implementation of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim literacy in MA Al -Manshuriyah Cianjur, 3) Analyzing the results of the implementation of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim book literacy at MA Al-Manshuriyah Cianjur, and 4) Analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim book literacy in MA Al- Manshuriyah Cianjur. According to the Director General of Secondary Education (2016:5), literacy is more than just reading and writing, but also includes thinking skills using knowledge sources in the form of print, visual, digital, and auditory so that this ability is called information literacy. This study uses descriptive research methods and a qualitative approach, with purposive sampling as the data source technique. Sources of research data are the principal, educators, and students of MA Al-Manshuriyah with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and document studies. The implementation of ta'lim al-muta'allim book literacy at MA Al-Manshuriyah has been going well but there are still some deviations in character education and learning motivation. This literacy activity should be able to improve character education and learning motivation of students, but in reality there are errors in the implementation of literacy in the form of 1) learning the book ta'lim al-muta'allim in the classroom not using lesson plans, and 2) wall magazines not being updated regularly. . Therefore, an improvement is needed in order to achieve a result that is in accordance with the vision of MA Al-Manshuriyah in the form of 1) educators must prepare for learning the book of ta'lim al-muta'allim in the classroom properly by making lesson plans, and 2) the wall magazine is updated regularly. periodically.
