Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya keteladanan guru dan pembiasaan baik di sekolah. Keteladanan guru yang diterapkan di sekolah antara lain: bersikap adil, bersifat kasih sayang, berlaku sabar, disiplin, berakhlak mulia, memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta mampu bekerjasama dan berkomunikasi dengan baik. Keteladanan yang diterapkan guru didukung oleh program rutin untuk siswa yaitu pembiasaan baik yang terdiri dari: jujur, amanah, tanggung jawab, percaya diri, semangat, kreatif, dan mandiri. Dari target 100% yang ingin dicapai, pada kenyataannya terdapat siswa yang belum mencapai target tersebut. Dari hasil wawancara penulis, 60% siswa sudah sesuai harapan dan sisanya 40% masih perlu latihan dan bimbingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Aktualisasi keteladanan guru, pembiasaan baik dan akhlak mulia siswa. 2) Aktualisasi keteladanan guru terhadap pembentukan akhlak mulia siswa. 3) Aktualisasi pembiasaan baik terhadap pembentukan akhlak mulia siswa. 4) Pengaruh keteladanan guru dan pembiasaan baik terhadap pembentukan akhlak mulia siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada sebuah teori yang menyatakan bahwa metode keteladanan (uswah hasanah) terhadap peserta didik akan memengaruhi perilaku mereka sehari-hari dalam mengerjakan sesuatu. Mengingat bahwa anak-anak peka terhadap rangsangan lingkungan baik dalam lingkungan sekolah atau di luar. Hal ini mengacu pada tanggung jawab pendidik dalam mengamalkan nilai-nilai agama, kebudayaan dan ilmu pengetahuan untuk mencapai keefektifan dalam mendidik dengan metode ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Analisis data menggunakan uji reliabilitas, uji validitas dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini 60 siswa menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Aktualisasi keteladanan guru, pembiasaan baik dan pembentukan akhlak mulia pada siswa di SMP Tunas Unggul Bandung berkategori cukup. 2) Aktualisasi keteladanan guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. 3) Aktualisasi pembiasaan baik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. 4) Keteladanan guru dan pembiasaan baik mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan akhlak mulia siswa di sekolah sebesar 69,5% dan sisanya 30,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini. ENGLISH : This research is motivated by the importance of exemplary teachers and good habits in schools. Teacher exemplary applied in schools include: being fair, compassionate, patient, disciplined, having noble character, having knowledge and skills, and being able to work together and communicate well. Then the example applied by the teacher is supported by routine programs for students, namely good habits consisting of: honest, trustworthy, responsible, confident, enthusiastic, creative, and independent. From the 100% target to be achieved, in fact there are students who have not reached the target. From the results of the author's interview, 60% of students have met expectations and the remaining 40% still need training and guidance. The purpose of this study to identify: 1) Actualization of teacher exemplary, good habits and noble character of students. 2) Actualization of the teacher's example to the formation of noble character of students. 3) Actualization of good habits towards the formation of noble character of students. 4) The influence of teacher exemplary and good habits on the formation of noble character of students in schools. This research is based on a theory which states that the exemplary method (uswah hasanah) for students will affect their daily behavior in doing things. Given that children are sensitive to environmental stimuli either in the school environment or outside. This refers to the responsibility of educators in practicing religious, cultural and scientific values to achieve effectiveness in educating with this method. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data analysis used reliability test, validity test and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study was 60 students using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique of this research used observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The results of the study show that: 1) The actualization of teacher exemplary, good habits and the formation of noble character in students at SMP Tunas Unggul Bandung is categorized as sufficient. 2) The actualization of teacher exemplary has a significant influence either partially or simultaneously. 3) Actualization of good habits has a significant effect either partially or simultaneously. 4) Teacher's example and good habituation are able to give effect to the formation of noble character of students in school by 69.5% and the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.
