Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari adanya kesenjangan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia terlebih saat ini ketika dihadapkan pada persaingan global. kualitas sektor pendidikan Indonesia masih berada di rangking bawah jika dibandingkan dengan beberapa negara tetangga. Kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang paling berperan dalam memperkuat mutu pendidikan. Peran dan fungsi kepala sekolah sangat vital dalam proses penguatan mutu di setiap satuan pendidikan terlebih di era Merdeka Belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator, manager, administrator, dan supervisor dalam memperkuat mutu Pendidikan di era merdeka belajar pada sekolah islam cendekia cianjur Untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi kepala sekolah dalam memperkuat mutu Pendidikan di era merdeka belajar pada sekolah islam cendekia cianjur Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai educator, manager, administrator, supervisor di era merdeka belajar pada sekolah islam cendekia cianjur. Jenis penelitian pada penyusunan tesis ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem. Sedangkan metode penyajian data menggunakan deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1. Peran Edukator yaitu dengan membuat program ciri khas untuk mengembangkan kemampuan guru maupun siswa, memberikan motivasi dan dorongan bagi guru dan siswa untuk berkolaborasi membuat karya yang berinovasi, memfasilitasi siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna,membuat kebijakan “external recognition” atau pengakuan dari luar. 2. Peran Manager kepala sekolah yaitu dengan membagi tugas kepada guru hal ini diharapkan agar guru mampu mengembangkan kreativitasnya; mengarahkan guru dan siswa untuk memiliki tanggung jawab tugas sesuai kemampuannya, 3. Peran Administrator yaitu dengan kepala sekolah bersama guru merancang program sekolah; mendorong, memeriksa administrasi pembelajaran yang disusun oleh guru; memonitoring pembelajaran dengan berdasar pada administrasi pembelajaran yang telah dibuat diawal 4 peran supervisor yaitu: menyeleksi dan memberikan dorongan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sesuai minat dan bakatnya; memberikan penilaian terhadap guru berdasar pada Key Perpomance Index. This research begins with the gap in the quality of education in Indonesia, especially now when faced with global competition. the quality of Indonesia's education sector is still in the lower rank when compared to several neighboring countries. The principal is one of the components of education that has the most role in strengthening the quality of education. The role and function of the principal is very vital in the process of strengthening the quality in every educational unit, especially in the era of Merdeka Learning. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of school principals as educators, managers, administrators, and supervisors in strengthening the quality of education in the independent era of learning at Islamic schools, Cianjur scholars. Scholars Cianjur To find out the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the leadership role of the principal as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor in the era of independent learning at the Cianjur scholarly Islamic school. The type of research in the preparation of this thesis is qualitative research using a systems approach. While the method of presenting data using descriptive. The data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are: 1. The role of the educator is to create a characteristic program to develop the abilities of teachers and students, provide motivation and encouragement for teachers and students to collaborate to create innovative works, facilitate students and teachers in making learning more meaningful, make policies "external recognition" or recognition from outside. 2. The role of the principal manager is to divide the tasks to the teacher. It is hoped that the teacher will be able to develop his creativity; directing teachers and students to have task responsibilities according to their abilities, 3. The role of the administrator is with the principal together with the teacher designing school programs; encourage, check the administration of learning compiled by the teacher; monitoring learning based on the learning administration that has been made at the beginning and supervising the planning that has been made. 4 supervisor roles, namely: selecting and providing encouragement to improve abilities according to their interests and talents; provide an assessment of teachers based on the Key Performance Index.
