Abstract

INDONESIA: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) menjadi hal penting untuk dilaksanakan oleh suatu perusahaan, khususnya perusahaan BUMN seperti PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Program CSR dalam suatu perusahaan dilaksanakan untuk membangun hubungan harmonis antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat, meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan dan lingkungan yang bermanfaat, serta mengembangkan pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Unit CSR KAI turut berkontribusi dalam menjalankan amanat Undang-Undang No.40 Tahun 2007 pasal 74 tentang Perseron Terbatas (UU PT) yang bertujuan agar Unit CSR KAI menjalin hubungan baik antara dan sesuai dengan lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar melalui Program CSR. Unit CSR KAI secara berkelanjutan melaksanakan kegiatan program CSR untuk memberikan bantuan kepada seluruh masyarakat Indonesia baik itu melalui program Kemitraan, Bina Lingkungan, dan Community Relations. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses manajemen CSR PT KAI (Persero) melalui program sampah organik black soldier flyes, melalui 1) merumuskan masalah, 2) perencanaan program, 3) pengambilan tindakan dan komunikasi, serta 4) evaluasi program. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kontruktivisme dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder, serta teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan bahwa Unit CSR PT KAI sudah melaksanakan manajemen CSR, melalui; pertama, tahap merumuskan masalah dengan melakukan riset analisa keadaan lingkungan serta analisa arahan pemerintah pusat dan setempat; kedua, tahap perencanaan program melalui pengajuan proposal, penetapan tujuan program CSR, penetapan sumber daya dan finansial, serta penetapan target sasaran; ketiga, tahap pengambilan tindakan dengan bersinergi bersama pemerintah pusat, pemerintah setempat dan warga setempat, mengelola sampah dengan menggunakan metode maggot, dan melakukan monitoring program CSR, serta melakukan komunikasi dengan menggunakan komunikasi terhadap kelompok kecil, melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai pengelolaan sampah, dan melakukan komunikasi dan penyebaran informasi melalui media sosial; keempat, tahap evaluasi program melalui evaluasi dalam bentuk laporan bulanan dan evaluasi sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan program CSR. ENGLISH : Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an important thing to be implemented by a company, especially a state-owned company such as PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). CSR programs within a company are implemented to build harmonious relationships between companies and the community, improve the quality of life and a beneficial environment, and develop sustainable economic development. KAI's CSR Unit also contributes in carrying out the mandate of Law No. 40 of 2007 article 74 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UU PT) which aims to make KAI's CSR Unit establish good relations between and in accordance with the environment and surrounding communities through CSR programs. KAI's CSR Unit continuously carries out CSR program activities to provide assistance to all Indonesian people, whether through Partnership, Environment Development, and Community Relations programs. This study aims to determine the CSR management process of PT KAI (Persero) through the black soldier flyes organic waste program, through 1) defining of problem, 2) planning and programming, 3) taking action and communicating, and 4) program evaluation. This study uses constructivism paradigm and uses a qualitative approach. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data sources, and data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The results of the study can be concluded that the CSR Unit of PT KAI has implemented CSR management, through; first, the step of defining of problem by conducting research, analyzing environmental conditions and analyzing the direction of the central and local governments; second, the step of the planning and programming through submitting proposals, determining CSR program objectives, determining sources resources and finance, as well as setting targets; third, the step of taking action by synergizing with the central government, local government and local residents, managing waste using the maggot method, and monitoring CSR programs; as well as communicating by using communication to small groups, conducting socialization and training on waste management, and communicating and disseminating information through social media; fourth, the step of program evaluation through evaluation in the form of monthly reports and evaluation as a measure for the success of the CSR program.
