Abstract

Knowledge management is the process of managing and empowering knowledge assets optimally for organizational excellence. This article discusses the relevance of implementation of knowledge management as a catalyst in the development of human resource capacity at the higher education institute. Analysis methodology used is a qualitative analysis by examining the relationship between the variables conceptually based approach to causal effectual analysis. The analysis shows that the development of human resource capacity in the universities need to implement knowledge management.
