Abstract

INDONESIA : Pada umumnya karyawan berharap bahwa kompensasi yang diterimanya mencerminkan kontribusi hasil kerjanya, demikian semakin baik kompensasi yang diberikan dapat memacu semangat kinerja karyawan sehingga memberikan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya beberapa teori yang mengatakan adanya pengaruh dari Kompensasi Finansial Langsung dan Kompensasi Finansial Langsung Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Len Industri Persero Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini pada umum nya untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh parsial dan simultan kompensasi finansial langsung melalui dimensi gaji pokok, upah bonus, insentif dan kompensasi finansial tidak langsung melalui dimensi tunjangan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Len Industri Persero Bandung Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan sebab-akibat antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 429 karyawan pada PT. Len Industri Persero Bandung dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 81 orang berdasarkan pada ketentuan rumus Slovin dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple Insidensial Sampling. Uji statistik yang dilakukan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Regresi Linier sederhana dan berganda, Uji t, Uji Fdan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pengaruh Gaji Pokok Terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel ( 8,315 > 1,990 ). Pengaruh Upah Bonus Terhadap Kinerja menunjukan nilai t hitung > t tabel (12,500 > 1,990 ). Pengaruh Insentif Terhadap Kinerja menunjukan nilai t hitung > t tabel (14,058 > 1,990 ). Pengaruh Tunjangan Terhadap Kinerja menunjukan nilai t hitung > t tabel (12,475 > 1,990 ). Ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa Gaji Pokok, Upah Bonus, Insentif dan Tunjangan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari Hasil uji secara parsial juga ditemukan bahwa dimensi insentif memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan dimensi Gaji Pokok Memiliki pengaruh kecil terhadap kinerja karyawan dari pada dimensi yang lainnya. Selanjutnya hasil Fhitung > Ftabel ( 66,815 > 3,110 ) artinya bahwa Kompensasi Finansial Langsung (Gaji Pokok, Upah Bonus, Insentif) dan Kompensasi Finansial Tidak Langsung (Tunjangan) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Len Industri Persero. ENGLISH : In general, employees expect that the compensation received reflects the contribution of work results, as well as the compensation given can improve employee performance so as to provide increased employee performance. This research was conducted because there are several theories that say there is an influence of Direct Financial Compensation and Direct Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Len Industri Persero Bandung. The purpose of this study in general is to determine the magnitude of the partial and simultaneous effect of direct financial compensation through the dimensions of basic salary, bonus wages, incentives and indirect compensation through allowances on the performance of employees of PT. Len Industri Persero Bandung, West Java. The research method used is a quantitative research method, which aims to examine the causal relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were 429 individuals at PT. Len Industri Persero Bandung with the number of samples taken as many as 81 people based on the provisions of the Slovin formulation and the sampling technique using Simple Incidental Sampling. Statistical tests carried out are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple and Multiple Linear Regression, t Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed the effect of basic salary on performance with t count > t table (8,315 > 1,990). The effect of bonus wages on performance shows the value of t count > t table (12,500 > 1,990). The Influence of Incentives on Performance shows the value of t count > t table (14,058 > 1,990). The Effect of Allowances on Performance shows the value of t count > t table (12,475 > 1,990). It can be concluded that the Basic Salary, Wage Bonuses, Incentives and Allowances have a partial effect on Employee Performance. From the partial test results it was also found that the incentive dimension has a greater influence on employee performance while the Basic Salary dimension has a small effect on employee performance on the other dimensions. Furthermore, the results of Fcount > Ftable (66,815 > 3,110) mean that Direct Financial Compensation (Basic Salary, Bonus Wage, Incentives) and Indirect Financial Compensation (Allowances) simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Len Industri Persero.
