Abstract

Perpustakaan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan lembaga dalam bidang perpustakaan yang memiliki tugas melaksanakan perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan daerah bidang perpustakaan dan kearsipan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kampanye Public Relations Program Makan Jengkol untuk mengetahui upaya apa yang dilakukan oleh Dispusipda terhadap program Makan Jengkol kepada masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif yang berusaha melakukan eksplorasi secara mendalam terhadap program, kejadian, proses, aktivitas terhadap satu atau lebih . Penelitian ini dilakukan secara langsung ke lapangan dengan cara wawancara terfokus dengan informan kunci, dan observasi. Peneliti menuangkan hasil wawancara tersebut dengan kutipan langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kampanye Public Relatoins Program Mari Kita Antar Jemput Buku dengan Kolaborasi (Makan Jengkol) sudah berusaha dan berupaya dengan baik melakukan kampanye melalui tahap identifikasi yang meliputi a) Banyaknya buku yang tidak di kembalikan b) Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaan dengan cara pendekatan melalui media yane meliputi a) publikasi melalui media sosial b) Publikasi melalui JawaPos dan JawaEkspress dan pendekatan secara langsung yang meliputi a) Melakukan SARLING ke sekolah b) Bekerjasama dengan Universitas Padjajaran c) Bekerjasama dengan Grab dan Lembaga Pemerintahan d) Membuat Banner dan Membagikan Flyer, dan evaluasi yang meliputi a) Melihat Traffic Peminjaman b) Monitoring Media sosial c) Terbatasnya Buku. Kampanye Public Relations yang dilakukan oleh Dispusipda provinsi Jawa Barat mampu mengenalkan dan menerapkan kesadaran membaca masyarakat Jawa Barat melalui program Makan Jengkol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa Dispusipda Daerah Jawa Barat telah melakukan kampanye public relations melalui program gerakan Makan Jengkol sesuai dengan model kampanye dari Ostegaard. ABSTRACK The Library Office of the Regional Archival Province of West Java is an institution in the field of libraries that has the task of carrying out the formulation and implementation of regional policies in the field of libraries and archives. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Public Relations Campaign of Makan Jengkol Program to find out what efforts by Dispusipda to Makan Jengkol program to the community. The research method used by researchers is Qualitative Descriptive Analysis that seeks to conduct an in-depth exploration of programs, events, processes, activities against one or more. This research was conducted directly into the field by way of focused interviews with key informants, and observations. Researchers pouring the results of the interview with direct or indirect quotes. The results of this study show that the Public Relatoins Campaign Program Let's Shuttle Books with Collaboration (Makan Jengkol) has tried and worked well to conduct the campaign through the identification stage which includes a) The number of books not returned b) Lack of facilities and infrastructure, management by way of approach through media which includes a) publication through social media b) Publications through JawaPos and JawaEkspress and direct approaches that include a) Conducting SARLING to school b) In collaboration with Padjajaran University c) In cooperation with Grab and Government Agencies d) Creating Banners and Sharing Flyers, and evaluations that include a) Viewing Loan Traffic b) Social Media Monitoring c) Limited Books. Public Relations campaign conducted by Dispusipda in West Java province was able to introduce and apply awareness of reading of West Java through Makan Jengkol program. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that Dispusipda West Java region has conducted a public relations campaign through the Makan Jengkol movement program in accordance with Ostegaard's campaign model.
