Abstract

Manajemen Public Relations menjadi hal yang penting dalam menjalankan setuap kegiatan dan program yang dilaksanakan oleh lembaga atau perusahaan agar semua programnya dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Pelayana publik pengelolaan pengaduan masyarakat meripakan hal yang harus dilakukan dengan baik oleh lembaga pemeritahan, tujuannya untuk menjaga nama baik lembaga dimata masyarakat. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Barat telah melaksanakan manajemen public relations dengan baik tentu dengan karakteristik dan prosedur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan manajemen public relations yang mengacu kepada POAC sesuai dengan yang dikemukakan oleh George R Terry yaitu manajemen pengelolaan terkait: pertama, Aktivitas Perencanaan. kedua, Aktivitas Pengorganisasian. ketiga, Aktivitas Pelaksanaan. keempat, Aktifitas Pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi deskriptif dan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivistik dengan dibantu data primer dan sekunder serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengelolaan manajemen public relations SP4N LAPOR yang dilakukan oleh Diskominfo Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pertama, Aktivitas Perencanaan. kedua, Aktivitas Pengorganisasian. ketiga, Aktivitas Pelaksanaan. keempat, Aktifitas Pengawasan telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan konsep POAC tersebut. ABSTRACT Mohammad Rizky Fauzan: Public Relations Management Regarding SP4N LAPOR Services in West Java Province (Descriptive Study of the Communication and Information Office of West Java Province) Public Relations management is important in carrying out all activities and programs carried out by institutions or companies so that all programs can run as expected. Public service management of public complaints is something that must be done well by government agencies, the aim is to maintain the good name of the institution in the eyes of the community. The Department of Communication and Information Technology of West Java Province has carried out public relations management well, of course with the characteristics and procedures that suit the needs. This research aims to determine the activities of public relations management that refers to POAC in accordance with what was stated by George R Terry, namely management related management: first, Planning Activities. second, Organizing Activities. third, Implementation Activities. fourth, Monitoring Activities. This study uses a descriptive study approach and uses a constructivist paradigm with the help of primary and secondary data and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of this study prove that the management of SP4N LAPOR's public relations management is carried out by the Diskominfo of West Java Province. First, Planning Activities. second, Organizing Activities. third, Implementation Activities. fourth, Monitoring Activities have been carried out in accordance with the POAC concept.
