Abstract
Subang Regency is one of the strategic place that be projected as inductrial area around 11.250 Ha which will potentially causes environmental damage. The aims of this reseach is to describe how responsive stakeholder to face environmental issue caused by the construction of industrial area which were analyzed using responsiveness (Ansoff et al., 2019) theory. This reseach uses descriptive qualitative method. The data were colected uses purposive sampling and were analyzed by (Milles et al., 2014) technic. The result of the study shows that Subang is government has human resource with good in conpetence but need to develop organization climate and capacity for making collaboration and innovation.
