Abstract

INDONESIA : Pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor potensi sumber daya alam yang berpengaruh dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, sehingga tak heran Negara Republik Indonesia ini dikenal sebagai negara agraris. Akan tetapi, ada beberapa aspek sektor pembangunan yang semakin meningkat dari masa ke masa berakibat terhadap alih fungsi lahan yang terus berdampak terhadap kurangnya lahan untuk bertani. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya teknologi yang dapat memberikan solusi terhadap pertanian dengan lahan terbatas. Dari permasalahan ini dirancanglah plant hidroponik berbasis otomatis. Kemudian dirancang pencampuran nutrisi AB mix hidroponik berbasis otomatis agar dapat diketahui kadar nutrisi secara akurat pada hidroponik dengan dikontrol setiap waktu melalui serial monitor pada mikrokontroler ESP32. Pada plant hidroponik kali ini, menggunakan metode NFT untuk mengatur berjalannya hidroponik selama 24 jam, akan tetapi dalam penghematan listrik kurun waktu 24 jam dibentuk kontruksi secara pyramid menggunakan gaya gravitasi untuk menghemat penggunaan listrik selama 24 jam penuh. Juga diterapkan metode on-off untuk mengatur kadar nutrisi atau kadar ppm secara maksimal dengan meminimalisir error pada pencampuran nutrisi AB mix. Sehingga dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini diperoleh metode kontrol konsentrasi kadar nutrisi hidroponik dengan nilai ideal 383, 766 dan 1225 ppm secara otomatis dengan menggunakan metode on-off. Kemudian diperoleh rata-rata error yang telah didapat 0,7 % dan nilai akurasi Sensor Grafiti TDS Meter yaitu 99,3 %. Sedangkan rata-rata error kontrol manual yang telah didapat 8,32 % dan nilai akurasi TDS Meter yaitu 91,68 %. Juga diperoleh perbandingan pertumbuhan kangkung otomatis dan manual. Pertumbuhan batang kangkung berbasis otomatis diperoleh tinggi batang 53 cm dan kontrol manual diperoleh 42 cm dalam 21 hari. Dengan rata-rata perbedaan pertumbuhan batang 4,38 cm dan selisih 11 cm dalam waktu 21 hari. Pertumbuhan akar kangkung berbasis otomatis diperoleh panjang akar 15,5 cm dan kontrol manual diperoleh 13,8 cm dalam 21 hari. Dengan rata-rata perbedaan pertumbuhan batang 0,66 cm dan selisih 1,7 cm dalam waktu 21 hari. Pertumbuhan daun kangkung berbasis otomatis diperoleh panjang daun 17 cm dan kontrol manual diperoleh 15,5 cm dalam 21 hari. Dengan rata-rata perbedaan pertumbuhan batang 1,34 cm dan selisih 1,5 cm dalam waktu 21 hari. ENGLISH: Agriculture is one of the potential sectors of natural resources that has an effect on economic growth in Indonesia, so it is not surprising that the Republic of Indonesia is known as an agricultural country. However, there are several aspects of the development sector that are increasing from time to time resulting in land conversion which continues to have an impact on the lack of land for farming. Therefore, there is a need for technology that can provide solutions to agriculture with limited land. From this problem, an automatic based hydroponic plant was designed. Then, an automatic based hydroponic AB nutrient mixing system was designed so that the nutrient levels in hydroponics could be accurately determined by being controlled at any time through a serial monitor on the ESP32 microcontroller. In this hydroponic plant, using the NFT method to regulate the running of hydroponics for 24 hours, but in saving electricity within 24 hours a pyramid construction is formed using gravity to save electricity usage for a full 24 hours. An on-off method is also applied to regulate nutrient levels or ppm levels to the maximum by minimizing errors in mixing AB mix nutrients. So that in this final project, the method of controlling the concentration of hydroponic nutrient levels with ideal values of 383, 766 and 1225 ppm is obtained automatically using the on-off method. Then obtained the average error that has been obtained is 0.7% and the accuracy value of the Graffiti Sensor TDS Meter is 99.3%. While the average manual control error that has been obtained is 8.32% and the TDS Meter accuracy value is 91.68%. Also obtained a comparison of automatic and manual kale growth. Automatically based kangkung stem growth obtained stem height of 53 cm and manual control obtained 42 cm in 21 days. With an average difference in stem growth of 4.38 cm and a difference of 11 cm within 21 days. Automatically based kale root growth obtained 15.5 cm root length and manual control obtained 13.8 cm in 21 days. With an average difference in stem growth of 0.66 cm and a difference of 1.7 cm within 21 days. Automatically based kale leaf growth obtained 17 cm leaf length and manual control obtained 15.5 cm in 21 days. With an average difference in stem growth of 1.34 cm and a difference of 1.5 cm within 21 days.
