Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui 1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan Rek Coffee Shop Bekasi, 2) pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Rek Coffee Shop Bekasi, 3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Rek Coffee Shop Bekasi. Pada penelitian ini variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik menggunakan teori wursanto (2009), variabel stress kerja menggunakan teori handoko (2014). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 responden. Pengujian instrument penelitian menggunakan uji validitas, realibilitas dan asumsi klasik, pengolahan data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan) dan ujian determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik dan stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study has the aim of knowing 1) the effect of the non-physical work environment on the performance of employees of Rek Coffee Shop Bekasi, 2) the effect of work stress on the performance of employees of Rek Coffee Shop Bekasi, 3) the effect of non-physical work environment and work stress on the performance of employees of Rek Coffee Shop Bekasi. In this study, the non-physical work environment variable uses the Wursanto theory (2009), the work stress variable uses the Handoko theory (2014). The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative approach. Sampling technique using Probability sampling by method simple random sampling with the number of respondents as many as 50 respondents. Testing the research instrument using validity, reliability and classical assumptions, data processing using multiple linear regression test and for hypothesis testing using t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and determination test. The results showed that non-physical work environment and work stress had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
