Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh siswa sambil kerja banyak dijumpai di berbagai negara. Hal ini terjadi baik di negara berkembang maupun di negara maju yang telah mapan secara ekonomi. Siswa yang sambil bekerja selain memiliki kematangan karier juga tanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kematangan karier dengan minat bekeja pada siswa. Artinya semakin tinggi kematangan karir, maka semakin tinggi minat bekerja, sebaliknya, semakin rendah kematangan karier, maka semakin rendah minat bekerja. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kebutuhan hidup dan adversitas bekerja terhadap pencapaian kelulusan siswa. Peneltian ini memakai teori kebutuhan hidup dan adversitas oleh maslow dan stoltz (2015). Peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara, obersvasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data terdiri dari : Siswa-siswa SMK Muhammadiyah yang bekerja. Teknik analisis data melalui kuisioner dan penarikan kesimpulan, dan uji keabsahan datanya dengan analisis item, validitas, realibilitas. Hasil peneltian ini menujukan , bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh kebutuhan hidup terhadap adversitas bekerja siswa SMK Muhammdiyah Majalaya dilihat dari hasil kolerasi sebesar-0,254. (2) terdapat pengaruh adversitas bekerja terhadap Kelulusan siswa SMK Muhammdiyah Majalaya dilihat dari hasil kolerasi sebesar -0.233. ENGLISH: This research is motivated by students while work is often found in various countries. This happens both in developing countries and in developed economically established countries. Students who while working besides having career maturity are also responsible. The results of previous studies indicate that there is a positive relationship between career maturity and interest in working with students. This means that the higher the career maturity, the higher the interest in working, conversely, the lower the career maturity, the lower the interest in working. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the needs of life and work adversity to achieve student graduation. This research uses the theory of necessities of life and adversity by Maslow and Stoltz (2015). This research uses a quantitative approach, with descriptive methods. Data collection through interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data sources consist of: Students of Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools who work. Data analysis techniques through questionnaires and drawing conclusions, and test the validity of the data with item analysis, validity, reliability. The results of this research show that (1) there is an influence of the necessities of life on the work adversity of students of SMK Muhammdiyah Majalaya as seen from the correlation results of -0.254. (2) there is the effect of work adversity on the graduation of SMK Muhammdiyah Majalaya students as seen from the correlation results of -0.233.
