Abstract

This study aims to discuss thecor relation between the management of Online Learning Management in an Effort to Break the Chainof Covid-19 Spread:Studies at the Department of Teacher Education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah(PGMI)Tarbiyah Faculty IAILM Suryalaya KOPERTAIS Region II WestJava. Using descriptiveme thodswith mixed research methods design. Thequalitative approachusesa question naire for data collection,andisanalyzed descriptively.The quantitative approach use saquestion naire technique as a data collection tool,and is analyzed using acorrelation al inferential statistic analysis. There results showed that: First;Implementation of online learning management model POE 2WE based on blended learning Google Class room conducted by PGMI IAILM Suryalaya lecturers according to students'perceptions or views,including good categories,tends to be close to moderate. This is based on the analysis of the central tendency,themean valueis 57.17,the Medianis 55.22,and the Modeis 53.00.Second; The results of descriptive statistical analysis for students'online learning motivation variables in the covid-19 out break situation in the PGMI IAILM Suryalaya Study Program were categorized as good. This is based on the analysis of the central tendency,theme an value is 39.75; Theme dian is40.00;and Mode of 38.00.and third;Inferential statistic alanalysis regarding the correlation between the effective ness of Learning Management and the use of the POE 2WE model based on Google Class room Blended Learning to maintain student online learning motivation in the covid-19 out break situation at the PGMI IAILM Suryalaya Study Program, obtained a correlation significance value of 0.402;including the medium correlation category,with the percentage of th eeffect of 58.00%,.This suggests that 59.24% of motivation is in fluenced by other factors.
