Abstract

This research is motivated by the capitalist system. Capitalism is etymologically derived from the Latin, caput, which means head, life and welfare. The meaning of capital in capital is then interpreted as a point of welfare. With the meaning of welfare, the definition of capital began to be developed which means the accumulation of profits obtained by each economic transaction. Thus, the initial interpretation of capitalism is the process of exploiting welfare to meet needs. This study aims to determine the hadith's view of the capitalist system and to know the contextualization of the meaning of the hadith regarding land capitalization in today's world. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of hadith sciences and be useful for other academic communities in addressing social issues including how the capitalist system moves and is used to fulfill welfare and capital accumulation by a handful of people or groups. This theory uses the understanding of the Prophet's hadiths, with the approach of the Hadiths from Yusuf al-Qardhawi's understanding, according to his understanding that the Prophet is the embodiment of the Koran whose interpretation is carried out by humans and explained in everyday life. Then arranged according to the reasons for the emergence of the hadith understanding and its explanation. This thesis research approach uses qualitative methods, by directly examining the library research (Library Research). The approach used is the text language approach, observations of hadith, and contextual approaches. The most important conclusion is how civil society protects nature and the environment in accordance with the instructions and recommendations of the Prophet with his hadiths. After that, analyze the collected data then produce words and conclusions.
