This paper argues that in social and political life, Muslims can use any model for practicing sharia as long as it is directed to achieve the purpose of sharia: to protect basic human rights for all member of the community, to establish justice between Muslims and the rest of humanity, and to provide benefits for human beings and removing hardships from them.
