Abstract

INDONESIA : Trend halal ramai diminati oleh para pembisnis khususnya di bidang industri pariwisata yang menerapkan prinsip-prinsi syariah. Namun dalam kenyataanya tidak semua bisnis di bidang industri pariwisata berbasis syariah menggunakan prinsip syariah secara menyeluruh (kaffah), ada beberapa hotel yang menjadikan syariah sebagai marketing pemasaran juga mendeklarasikan hotel tersebut berstandar syariah. Setalah dicabutnya Peraturan Mentri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif No. 02 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Usaha Hotel Syariah, tidak ada lagi landasan hukum standarisasi hotel syariah, sehingga hanya ada Fatwa DSN MUI No.108/DSNMUI/2016 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pariwisata berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah yang bisa dijadikan sebagai rumusan untuk meyelenggarakan industri perhotelan syariah dan menjadi landasan legitimasi pedoman pelaksana parwisata syariah. Pelaksanaan industri hotel syariah bukan hanya sekedar klaim dan label saja, namun harus jelas spesifikasi dan kriteria atas penerapan norma-norma syariah yang berlaku agar tidak menjadi komoditas. Pelitian ini berjudul Konsep dan Implementasi Kehalalan pada Hotel Syariah di Bandung. ENGLISH : aathe revocation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No. 02 of 2014 concerning Sharia Hotel Business Administration Guidelines, there is no longer a legal basis for sharia hotel standardization, so there is only the DSN MUI Fatwa No.108 / DSN-MUI / 2016 on Guidelines for Organizing Tourism based on Sharia Principles that can be used as a formula for organizing the hospitality industry syariah and become the basis for the legitimacy of implementing guidelines for sharia tourism. The implementation of the sharia hotel industry is not just claims and labels, but it must be clear specifications and criteria for the application of sharia norms that apply so as not to become a commodity. This research titled “Regulations and Implementation of Sharia Principles Hotels in the City of Bandung” ARAB : الطلب الحلال هو ارتفاع في الطلب من قبل رجال الأعمال وخاصة في صناعة السياحة التي تطبق مبادئ الشريعة. ولكن في الواقع ، لا تستخدم جميع الشركات العاملة في صناعة السياحة القائمة على الشريعة مبدأ الشريعة ككل (الكفاح) ، وهناك بعض الفنادق التي تصنع الشريعة ، لأن التسويق التسويقي يعلن أيضًا أن الفندق وفقًا لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية. بعد الغاء لائحة وزير السياحة والاقتصاد الإبداعي 02 لعام 2014 بشأن المبادئ التوجيهية لإدارة الأعمال الفندقية في الشريعة ، لا يوجد أي أساس قانوني لتوحيد الفنادق الشرعية ، لذلك لا يوجد سوى DSN MUI Fatwa No.108 / DSN-MUI / 2016 بشأن المبادئ التوجيهية لتنظيم السياحة على أساس مبادئ الشريعة التي يمكن استخدامها كصيغة لتنظيم صناعة الضيافة الشريعة وأصبح الأساس لشرعية تنفيذ المبادئ التوجيهية للسياحة الشرعية. إن تطبيق صناعة الشريعة الفندقية ليس مجرد مطالبات وعلامات ، ولكن يجب أن يكون مواصفات ومعايير واضحة لتطبيق معايير الشريعة التي تنطبق حتى لا تصبح سلعة. هذا البيليتي بعنوان اللوائح وتنفيذ مبادئ الشريعة الفنادق في مدينة باندونغ
