Abstract

INDONESIA : PT Len Industri (Persero) merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang elektronika untuk industri dan prasarana, broadcasting, jaringan infrastruktur, dan sistem persinyalan kereta api. Mereka memiliki pola organisasi yang begitu terstruktur juga sistematis, karenanya mereka menempatkan posisi Humas pada tempat yang sangat strategis dan begitu central di perusahaan, upaya ini dilakukan perusahaan demi tercapainya visi misi perusahaan serta beberapa fasa perusahaan yang ingin mereka capai. Mereka juga senantiasa memperlakukan karyawannya sebagai aset yang paling berharga, dan menghargai setiap kontribusi yang diberikan baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Hal ini nampak dalam penerapan program employee relations yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa saling memiliki antar karyawan maupun terhadap perusahaan, juga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT. Len Industri (Persero). Maka dari itu, peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis program employee relations tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan program employee relations PT. Len Industri (Persero) dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui program kebijakan jenjang karir, kebebasan menjalankan keyakinan beragama dan penyediaan fasilitas, juga proses pemberian reward terhadap karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif dan paradigma kontruksivisme. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program kebijakan jenjang karir sebagai kegiatan employee relations ditentukan berdasarkan 1) Perjanjian kerja bersama, 2) kinerja, 3) job level, 4) kosongnya jabatan 5) entry level. Program kebebasan menjalankan keyakinan beragama dan penyediaan fasilitas sangat diperhatikan oleh perusahaan sehingga perusahaan memfasilitasi dalam bentuk 1) ruang peribadatan, 2) dana, 3) komunitas. Proses pemberian reward yang dilakukan perusahaan berdasarkan jenis reward yang diberikan, yaitu 1) tunjangan kinerja, 2) tunjangan tahunan, 3) reward loyalitas, 4) reward prestasi. ENGLISH : PT. Len Industry (Persero) is a company involved in the electronics field for industry and infrastructure, broadcasting, electronic infrastructure network, and railway signal system They have a very structured and systematic organizational pattern, therefore they placed Public Relations in a strategic and central place in the company, this effort was carried out by the company to achieve their vision and mission also several phases they expected to accomplish. They also treat their employees as the most valuable asset and appreciate each individual or group contribution. It appeared by implementations of the employee relations program that aim to foster the sense of belonging between employees and the company, and also to improve the employee's performance of PT. Len Industry (Persero). Therefore, the researcher interested to analyze the employee relations program. This research aim means to describe the employee relations program of PT. Len Industry (Persero) in improving employee performance through their career policy program, independence of the practice their religious beliefs and providing their facilities, also awarding process to their employees. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis research methods and constructivism paradigm. Data collection techniques are carried out through the in-depth interview and observation. The results of the study show that career policy program as an employee relations practice determined based on 1) Collective labor agreement, 2) Performance, 3) Job level, 4) Vacant position, 5) Entry-level. As for independence of the practice of their religious beliefs and providing their facilities program they provide facilities like 1) Praying room, 2) Funding, 3) Community. And the awarding process is based on the type of reward such as 1) Performance allowance, 2) Annual allowance, 3) Loyalty reward, 4) Achievement reward.
