Abstract

ENGLISH : Many online business people who use the pre order system in their buying and selling transactions with different mechanisms, motivated me to further research this pre order at the time of the Prophet through his hadith with the aim to find out the quality and understanding of the traditions of bai’ salam / salaf and to find out the implementation of the traditions bai’ salam / salaf of pre orders in buying and selling online. This study uses a descriptive analysis method and the method in the study of hadith is the maudhu’i method. Based on the results of research that has been done, found as many as 46 hadith from the pole of al-sittah. The majority of the quality of the hadith is authentic, only one history of hadith that has dhoif quality, namely HR. Ibn Majah no 3228. The hadith that have been found are then inventoried and classified by me into several parts, namely the definition, conditions, objects and types. The meaning contained in these hadith is that it is permissible to use a pre-order system in online trading activities with several provisions, which must be known in advance the measurements, the scales and the time. Pre order using the three conditions above is an implementation of the hadith bai' salam / salaf. INDONESIA : Banyaknya para pelaku bisnis online yang memakai sistem pre order dalam transaksi jual belinya dengan mekanisme yang berbeda-beda, mendorong penulis untuk meneliti lebih lanjut mengenai pre order ini pada masa Nabi Saw melalui hadis-hadisnya dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas dan pemahaman hadis bai’ salam/salaf dan untuk mengetahui implementasi hadis-hadis bai’ salam/salaf terhadap pre order dalam jual beli online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analaisis dan metode dalam kajian hadisnya adalah metode maudhu’i. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan sebanyak 46 hadis dari kutub al-sittah. Mayoritas kualitas hadis tersebut shahih, hanya satu riwayat hadis yang memiliki kualitas dhoif, yaitu HR. Ibnu Majah no 3228. Hadis-hadis yang telah berhasil ditemukan kemudian diinventarisasi dan diklasifikasikan oleh penulis menjadi beberapa bagian, yaitu bagian definisi, syarat, objeknya dan jenisnya. Makna yang terkandung dalam hadis-hadis tersebut yaitu bolehnya menggunakan sistem pre order dalam kegiatan jual beli online dengan beberapa ketentuan, yaitu harus diketahui terlebih dahulu takaran, timbangan dan waktunya. Pre order yang mengunakan tiga ketentuan di atas merupakan implementasi dari hadis-hadis bai’ salam/salaf.
