Abstract

INDONESIA Sekolah Berbasis Pesantren (SBP) ini merupakan salah satu model pendidikan Islam yang mengintegrasikan dua sistem sosial, yakni keunggulan sistem sosial pesantren dan keunggulan sistem sosial sekolah. Model pendidikan Islam ini dapat menciptakan manusia yang religius sekaligus akademis, sehingga dapat berperan penuh dalam sistem sosial kemasyarakatan. Bukan hanya muatan isi dalam kurikulum saja yang diperhatikan tetapi tenaga pendidik yang disiapkan juga harus memenuhi kriteria yang sesuai dalam memberikan pembelajaran agar selaras dengan visi, misi, dan tujuan. Maka dari itu langkah pertama yang diperhatikan adalah manajemen rekrutmen tenaga pendidik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi objektif SMP IT YASPIDA Kabupaten Sukabumi, pelaksanaan manajemen rekrutmen tenaga pendidik melalui aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan, dan pengawasan, faktor penunjang serta faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan manajemen rekrutmen tenaga pendidik, dan hasil yang didapatkan dari proses manajemen rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di sekolah berbasis pesantren SMP IT YASPIDA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan, triagulasi, auditing kebergantungan, dan analisis kasus negatif. Hasil penelitian : (1) Perencanaan dilakukan dalam kegiatan rapat kerja awal tahun ajaran baru; (2) Pengorganisasian seutuhnya dilimpahkan sebagai tanggung jawab kepala sekolah, yang kemudian kepala sekolah membentuk kepanitiaan; (3) Pelaksanaan dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan, analisis jabatan, menentukan calon yang tepat, menentukan metode yang paling tepat, memanggil calon yang diangap memenuhi syarat, menyeleksi calon tenaga pendidik, hingga penempatan tenaga pendidik baru; (4) Pengawasan dilakukan dengan adanya peraturan kerja yang diberikan kepada tenaga pendidik yang diterima, untuk selanjutnya mengikuti aturan dan mengisi pernyataan serta perjanjian kerja. Agar menjadi acuan dalam menjalankan tugas supaya tidak keluar dari norma agama dan norma negara; (5) faktor penunjang dan penghambat datang dari internal dan eksternal kegiatan rekrutmen. Rekrutmen di sekolah berbasis pesantren mengedepankan nilai-nilai moral dan pengetahuan keagamaan sebagai acuan dalam penerimaan tenaga pendidik baru. Maka dari itu, rekrutmen calon tenaga pendidik yang dibutuhkan selain mempertimbangkan kualifikasi akademik juga harus memiliki kesiapan dalam mengelola pesantren. Mengikuti kultur yang terdapat disekolah berbasis pesantren yang kental dengan nuansa keislaman. Juga syarat yang di utamakan adalah calon tenaga pendidik harus bisa membaca dan menulis ayat suci al-qur’an dengan baik. ENGLISH The Islamic Boarding School Based School (SBP) is one of Islamic education model integrates two social systems. They are the excellence of Islamic boarding school social system and the excellence of school’s social system. This Islamic education can create religionist and scientist all at once. Therefore, they can have a full role in social system. It is not only the curriculum content, but the prepared educators should appropriate the criteria to provide the learning. It is purposed to be in the line of vision, mission, and Islamic school goals. Therefore, the first step observed is educator recruitment management. The aim of this research is to find out the objective condition in SMP IT YASPIDA in Sukabumi Regency. It focuses on how is the implementation of educator recruitment management through planning, organizing, mobilizing, and monitoring aspects. Then, it focuses on how the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of educator recruitment management. It also focuses on the result obtained on the process of educator recruitment management in Islamic boarding school-based school. This is a qualitative research using technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Besides, the valid data test using participation extension, observation perseverance, triangulation, peer checking, and negative case analysis. The result shows that: (1) The planning was carried out in the new school year meeting activities; (2) The organizing process is fully bestowed as the part of school principal’s responsibility; (3) The implementation began with necessity analysis, position analysis, determining the exact candidate, determining the most exact method, calling the qualified candidate, selecting educator candidate, and positioning the new educator.; (4) The supervising is carried out with the work agreement existence which is given to the received educator. Thus, he was obliged to follow the rules and fill out the statements and work agreements. Furthermore, it will be used as a reference in carrying out the duties. Therefore, he does not come out from religious and state norms; (5) The supporting and inhibiting factors came from internal and external ones of recruitment activities. The recruitment in Islamic boarding school-based school emphasizes moral values and religion knowledge as the reference in new educator recruitment. The required educator candidate should have religion abilities apart from academic qualification and readiness to manage boarding school. He also should follow the school’s culture that full of Islamic nuance. Thus, the priority is the educator candidate should be able to read and write the Holy Qur’an’s verses well.
