Abstract

INDONESIA : Hakikatnya pendidikan merupakan suatu proses pembinaan akal manusia yang mana potensi utamanya adalah sebagai makhluk yang berpikir. Pendidikan di dalamnya terdapat suatu proses pembelajaran yang keberhasilannya tergantung kepada sumber daya yang dinamakan tenaga pendidik atau guru. Oleh karenanya dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan perlu adanya proses manajemen tenaga pendidik yang baik guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana latar alamiah SMP IT Imam Bukhari Jatinangor Sumedang, bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen tenaga pendidik melalui aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penyusunan staff, penggerakkan, dan pengawasan, bagaimana faktor penunjang serta faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan manajemen tenaga pendidik, dan bagimana hasil yang didapatkan pada proses manajemen tenaga pendidik dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemikiran bahwa manajemen tenaga pendidik yang baik dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Untuk dapat mengetahui manajemen tenaga pendidik tersebut dapat diamati melalui latar alamiah, serta konsep dan pelaksanaannya. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor penunjang serta faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan manajemen tenaga pendidik dan hasil dari manajemen tenaga pendidik dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil latar di SMP IT Imam Bukhari Jatinangor Sumedang yang berorientasi kepada hasil pengamatan atau observasi langsung dan wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, teknik wawancara baku terbuka dan teknik dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu unitisasi data, kategorisasi data dan penafsiran data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) perencanaan tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Imam Bukhari dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap mapping, rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan; (2) pengorganisasian tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Imam Bukhari dilakukan dengan cara memberikan tugas tambahan selain mengajar, adapun pendistribusiannya dilakukan oleh pihak yayasan; (3) penyusunan staff di SMP IT Imam Bukhari di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan mengacu pada standar pengelolaan sekolah; (4) penggerakkan tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Imam Bukhari dilakukan melalui beberapa program yaitu : pembinaan spiritual, halaqah Qur’an, fiah qalilah, pelatihan, dan inovasi pembelajaran; (5) pengawasan yang dilakukan di SMP IT Imam Bukhari yaitu melalui pengecekan kehadiran oleh Kepala Sekolah baik kehadiran secara manual maupun finger print dan juga observasi lapangan pada proses belajar mengajar. ENGLISH : The essence of education is a process of fostering human reason where the main potential is as thinking beings. Education in it has a learning process whose success depends on resources called educators or teachers. Therefore in an educational institution there needs to be a good management process for educators to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to find out how the natural setting of Imam Bukhari Jatinangor Sumedang IT Middle School is, how the management of teaching staff can be done through aspects of planning, organizing, staffing, mobilizing, and monitoring, how to support factors and constraints in the management of educators, and how the results obtained in the management process of educators in improving professional competence. This research is based on the idea that good management of educators can improve the quality of education. To be able to know the management of the teaching staff can be observed through natural settings, as well as the concepts and implementation. In addition, it is also to find out what are the supporting factors and the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the management of educators and the results of the management of educators in improving professional competence. This research is a qualitative research by taking the background in Imam Bukhari Jatinangor Sumedang IT Middle School which is oriented to the results of observation or direct observation and interviews . Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, open standard interview techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data unitization, data categorization and data interpretation. The results of the study show that : ( 1) the planning of teaching staff in Imam Bukhari's Middle School is carried out through several stages, namely the mapping , re- recruitment, selection and placement stages ; (2) organizing teaching staff in Imam Bukhari's IT Junior High School is done by providing additional assignments in addition to teaching, while the distribution is carried out by the foundation ; (3) the preparation of junior IT staff at Imam Bukhari d i according to the needs and refer kan p no standard school management; (4) mobilizing educators in junior IT Imam Bukhari conducted through several programs: spiritual formation, halaqah Qur'an, fiah qalilah, pela EXERCISE, learning and innovation; (5) the supervision carried out in Imam Bukhari's IT Middle School is through checking attendance by the Head of School both attendance manually and finger print and also field observations in the teaching and learning process.
