Abstract

INDONESIA : Kepemimpinan Visioner adalah kemampuan pemimpin dalam mencipta, merumuskan, mengkomunikasikan, mensosialisasikan, mentransformasikan dan mengimplementasikan pemikiran-pemikiran ideal yang berasal dari dirinya atau sebagai hasil interaksi sosial diantara anggota organisasi dan stakeholders yang diyakini sebagai cita-cita organisasi di masa depan yang harus diraih atau diwujudkan melalui komitmen semua personil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Mengetahui latar belakang kepala sekolah SMAN 1 Pabuaran dan Kepala Sekolah SMAN 1 Kalijati (2) Mengetahui upaya penciptaan dan perumusan visi di SMAN 1 Pabuaran dan SMAN 1 Kalijati (3)mengetahui gambaran empiris strategi mewujudkan transformasi dan implementasi kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala SMAN 1 Pabuaran dan SMAN 1 Kalijati(4)Mengetahui karakteristik kepemimpinan visioner kepala SMAN 1 Pabuaran dan SMAN 1 Kalijati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus (case study). Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi berperanserta, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui uji credibility (validitas internal) dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi; transferability (validitas eksternal); dependability (reliabilitas); dan confirmability (objektivitas). Melalui analisis dari studi ini, peneliti menemukan bahwa (1) Latar belakang pendidikan berbeda antara kepala sekolah SMAN 1 Pabuaran dan Kepala SMAN1 Kalijati, Kepala SMAN 1 Pabuaran dengan latar belakang S2 manajemen pendidikan sedangkan kepala SMAN 1 Kalijati dengen pendidikan S2 Bahasa Indonesia(2) Pencipaan dan perumusan visi di SMAN 1 Pabuaran dan SMAN 1 Kalijati pada dasarnya memiliki metode yang sama yaitu melalui tahap musyawarah tetapi SMAN 1 Pabuaran lebih cenderung efektif dari pada SMAN 1 Kalijati (3) Implementasi dan transformasi visi kepemimpinan SMAN 1 Pabuaran sedikit efektif dari pada SMAN 1 Kalijati dalam hal efektivitas guru (4) Karakteristik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMAN 1 Pabuaran dan SMAN 1 Kalijati memilik persamaan dalam konsep pembelajaran, keduanya memiliki karakter yang baik dalam memotivasi guru dan karyawan sehingga terwujud suasana yang kondisif dan efektif dalam proses belajar mengajar. ENGLISH : Visionary leadership is the ability of leaders in creating, formulating, communicating, disseminating, transforming and implementing the thoughts, ideal are derived from him or as a result of social interaction among organization members and stakeholders believed the ideals of the organization in the future that must be achieved or realized through the commitment of all personnel. This research aims to find: (1) Know the background of the head of school SMAN 1 Pabuaran and the Head of School SMAN 1 Kalijati (2) Know the efforts the creation and formulation of the vision in SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati (3) Know the description of the empirical strategy to realize the transformation and implementation of the Visionary leadership of the Head of SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati (4) Determine the characteristics of the visionary leadership of the head of SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive type of case study (case study). Data collection obtained through observation participate, in-depth interviews and documentation. The Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. Checking the validity of data through the test credibility (internal validity) with the extension of the observations, increasing persistence, and triangulation; transferability (external validity); dependability (reliability); and confirmability (objectivity). Through the analysis of this study, the researchers found that (1) the Background of the different education between head of school SMAN 1 Pabuaran and the Head of SMAN 1 Kalijati, Head of SMAN 1 Pabuaran background with S2 management education while the head of SMAN 1 Kalijati with S2 education Indonesian (2) achievement and the formulation of the vision in SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati basically have the same method, namely through the stages of deliberation but SMAN 1 Pabuaran more likely to be effective than at SMAN 1 Kalijati (3) the Implementation and transformation of vision of the leadership of SMAN 1 Pabuaran little effective than at SMAN 1 Kalijati in terms of teacher effectiveness (4) leadership Characteristics of the head of school SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati have the equation in the concept of learning, both have good character in motivating teachers and employees so manifest an atmosphere that is conducive and effective in the teaching and learning process.
