Abstract

This thesis aims to see the effectiveness of the use of village funds in the implementation of village development in Sukamenak Village, Margahayu District, Bandung Regency in 2018. In this study using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to find out how effective the use of village funds in village development in Sukamenak Village, Margahayu District Bandung Regency in 2018. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The parties used as informants in this study were Secretary of Sukamenak Village, Margahayu District, Bandung Regency, Head of Financial Affairs, Sukamenak Village, Bandung Regency, and BPD Sukamenak Village, Margahayu District, Bandung Regency. This study uses the Prosperous theory regarding the elements that must be possessed by the concept of effectiveness, namely: (i) the accuracy of timing; (ii) accuracy of cost calculations (iii) accuracy of goal setting (iv) accuracy of objectives. The results of this study indicate that the use of village funds in the implementation of development is felt to be less effective because on the aspect of timeliness which is due to the late disbursement of funds so that it influences the process of implementing village development. did not experience shortcomings until the implementation of the development was resolved, the aspect of accuracy of objectives was felt to be less effective because the village government and BPD did musrembang, measurements to the field were also calculated costs but the development carried out in the field was still uneven, and the accuracy of targets could be effective because resolved. The inhibiting factors are lack of maturity in the preparation side in the implementation of development, weather factors that occur during the implementation of development, lack of public awareness in terms of development and limited budgets so that the implementation of development has not been carried out optimally.
