Abstract
Regional retribution is a source of income for the region, regional retribution is divided into 3, namely: 1) Public Service Retribution, 2) Business Service Retribution, 3) Certain Licensing Retribution. This research was conducted in Kuningan Regency, the problem that exists in Kuningan Regency is the high revenue target for public service fees every year but the realization of revenues is still far from the target. This shows the fluctuations in revenue from general service fees to the original revenue of Kuningan Regency. The method used in this study is associative quantitative methods. The population in this study is a report on recapitulation of targets and realization of Kuningan district income in 2013-2017. Then the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques were obtained through field research and library research. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it can be seen that the effectiveness of general service retribution receipts obtained a value of tcount (1.037) <ttable (3.182) with a significance level of 0.376> 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and has a positive positive effect of 0.514.
