Abstract

ENGLISH : Working discipline and working satisfaction are important parts to employee performance. Working discipline and working satisfaction are indicators that support operational activities of an agency. The higher level of working discipline and working satisfaction, will increase the performance of an agency. This study aims to find out whether there are influences of working discipline and working satisfaction on employee performance both partially and simultaneously and its influence Pengadilan Agama Bandung. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method using a quantitative approach. Then the population in this study were all employees Pengadilan Agama Bandung. The sample used in this study uses census or saturated samples where all members of the population are sampled. The double linear examinatination results the partial examination (t test) for working discipline variable towards the employee known as follow: t count are 4,330 with t table are known to be 1,667. The partial examination results (t test) for working satisfaction variable towards employee performance are known to be as follows: t count are 5,293 with t count are known to be 1,667. The simultaneous examination (F test) for working discipline variable and simultaneous working satisfaction are known to be as follows: F count are 20,706 and F table are 3,13. So, working discipline and working satisfaction influence simultaneously and positively to the employee significant performance. For determination coefficient examination results (r2), research shows value 0,382, so the simultaneous contribution of working discipline and working satisfaction towards employee performance are 38,2% and the rests are 61,8% which are influenced by other variables beyond the research's outline. INDONESIA : Disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja merupakan bagian penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja termasuk indikator yang mendukung kegiatan oprasional suatu instansi. Semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja, maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja sebuah instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan serta besar pengaruhnya pada Pengadilan Agama Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lalu populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Pengadilan Agama Bandung. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus atau sampel jenuh dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil uji linier berganda diketahui hasil uji parsial (uji t) untuk variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai diketahui t hitung sebesar 4,330 dengan t tabel diketahui sebesar 1,667. Kemudian hasil uji parsial (uji t) untuk variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai diketahui t hitung sebesar 5,293 dengan t tabel diketahui sebesar 1,667. Selanjutnya hasil uji simultan (Uji F) untuk variabel disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai diketahui F hitung sebesar 20,706 dan F tabel sebesar 3,13, maka disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk hasil uji koefisien determinasi (r2) diketahui dengan hasil 0,382, maka kontribusi secara simultan disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 38,2% dan sisanya 61,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.
