Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya permasalahan pada Pembelajaran Tematik di kelas III-A MI Al-Misbah Kota Bandung, bahwa hasil pemahaman belajar siswa masih dibawah nilai KKM. Permasalahan ini terjadi karena pembelajaran yang hanya terpusat pada guru saja, model pembelajaran yang digunakan tidak bervariasi dan monoton dimana siswa hanya duduk diam dan mendengarkan materi yang disampaikan guru, siswa menjadi kurang aktif dalam berinteraksi untuk saling bertukar pikiran, dan antusias belajar siswa kurang, sehingga pemahaman siswa rendah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pemahaman siswa pada Pembelajaran Tematik sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write, (2) proses pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write pada Pembelajaran Tematik di setiap siklus, (3) pemahaman siswa pada Pembelajaran Tematik setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write pada setiap siklus. Penelitian ini dilandasi bahwa pemahaman siswa ditentukan oleh banyak faktor seperti adanya interaksi aktif antar siswa dalam bertukar pikiran dan penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai, termasuk model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write. Dengan demikian, hipotesis tindakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write diduga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada Pembelajaran Tematik Subtema 4 Perkembangan Teknologi Transportasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas pelaksanaannya melalui dua siklus dan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, tes hasil belajar dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data maka diperoleh kesimpulan : (1) pemahaman siswa pada Pembelajaran Tematik sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write masih kurang dengan nilai rata-rata 60,48 dan persentasi ketuntasan belajar 23,80%, (2) penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write berjalan baik, pada setiap siklus aktivitas guru dan siswa mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I aktivitas guru mencapai 67,64% kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 97,05% dengan kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan, aktivitas siswa pada siklus I mencapai 79,16% kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 97,22% dengan kategori sangat baik. (3) pemahaman siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write mengalami peningkatan, pada siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar siswa adalah 70,95 dengan persentasi sebesar 80,95%, selanjutnya pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar siswa adalah 84,28 dengan persentasi sebesar 100%. ENGLISH : The background of this research the issue on the Thematic Learning in class III-A MI Al-Misbah Bandung, that the understanding of student learning outcomes is still below the KKM. This problem occurs because the study only focused on teachers alone, learning model used is not varied and monotonous where students just sit quietly and listen to the material presented teachers, students become less active in interacting for exchanging ideas, and enthusiastic student learning less, so low student understanding. Based on these problems, then this class action research aims to determine: (1) understanding of students on the Thematic Learningbefore using cooperative learning model Think Talk Write, (2) the learning process using cooperative learning model Think Talk Write on the Thematic Learning in each cycle, (3)students' understanding on the Thematic Learningafter using cooperative learning model Think Talk Write on each cycle. This study is based on that understanding of the student is determined by many factors such as the presence of active interaction between students in brainstorming and implementation of appropriate learning models, including cooperative learning model Think Talk Write. Thus, the action hypothesis in this study is the implementation of cooperative learning model Think Talk Write can increase the students' understanding on the Thematic Learning Subtheme 4 Transportation Technology developments. The method used in this research is classroom action research implementation through two cycles and each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study using observation sheets, test results and documentation study. Based on the analysis of data obtained conclusion:(1) understanding of students on the Thematic Learning before using cooperative learning model Think Talk Write still less withthe average value of 60.48 and a percentage of 23.80% completeness study, (2) the implementation of cooperative learning model Think Talk Write going well, at every cycle of activity of teachers and students has increased in the first cycle of teacher activity reached 67.64% after the second cycle increased to 97.05% with very good category. While,activity of students in the first cycle reaches79.16% after the second cycle increased to 97.22% with very good category. (3) student understanding after applicationcooperative learning model Think Talk Write increased, in the first cycle average student learning outcomes are 70.95 with a percentage of 80.95%, and then in the second cyclethe average student learning outcomes are 84.28 with a percentage of 100%.
