Abstract

INDONESIA: Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh penulis di SMP Karya Budi Cileunyi. diketahui bahwa SMP Karya Budi mempunyai program religious culture namun realitas menunjukan hasil yang belum maksimal. Yaitu masih banyak siswa yang belum bisa membaca Al-Qur’an, nilai ulangan Pendidikan Agama Islam yang sering berada di bawah KKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap siswa terhadap implementasi religious culture dengan prestasi kognitif PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara sikap siswa terhadap implementasi religious culture dengan prestasi kognitif PAI berkorelasi negatif. Koefesien korelasi sebesar -0,03 berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Hasil dari signifikasi koefesien korelasi menunjukan . Diartikan bahwa hipotesis ditolak. Koefesien determinasi menunjukan adanya hubungan sebesar 1% . angka tersebut mengisyaratkan bahwa sikap siswa terhadap implementasi religious culture berhubungan dengan prestasi kognitif PAI sebanyak 1% dan 99% nya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. ENGLISH : Based on preliminary study that conducted by writers in Karya Budi Junior High School Cileunyi.It is known that Karya Budi Junior High School have religious culture programs. But reality shows the result that have not been maximal. There are still many students who are not be able to read Al-Qur’an, the value of islamic education which is often under the KKM. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between students’ attitudes towards the implementation of the religious culture and the cognitive achievements of the Islamic Education. The result showed that the relationship between student attitudes toward the implementation of the religious culture and Islamic Education cognitive achievement was negatively correlated. Correlation coefficient of-0,03 is in the very low category. The result of the significance of correlation coefficent show . It means that the hypothesis was rejected. Determination coefficient shows a relationship of 1%. That figure sign that students attitudes towards the implementation of the religious culture are related to the cognitive achievement of Islamic Education as much as 1% and 99% are influnced by other factors.
