Abstract

ENGLISH Adolescent moral conditions began to decline. It can be seen from the intensity of their worship to Allah, especially the increasingly decreasing prayer, the association that seems no boundary amoung them, lack of regard and respect to parents, and lack of awareness to protect the environment. From these phenomena, religious guidance is needed so that the teenagers can return to the right path according to their disposition. The purpose of this study was to identify about: (1) Program plan (2) Program implementation (3) Evaluation (4) Supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of religious guidance through Keputrian activities in developing good moral character of students at Bina Warga Vocational High School Bandung, (5) The morals of students at Bina Warga Vocational High School after the implementation of the keputrian activities. The theory used in this study is Hamzah Jacob's moral theory which states that there are three aspects of moral character, namely the moral character to Allah SWT, the moral character to humans, and the moral character to the environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was done by interview, observation, documentation, and literature study techniques. The main informants in this research were PAI teachers and BK teachers, additional informants were students of Bina Warga Vocational High School Bandung. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Plan of religious guidance refers to the vision and mission of school, then revealed to be a goal to develop the literacy skills of the Qur'an, developing the potential of adolescents and directing them in harmony with the guidance of Islamic teachings, developing adolescent morals in accordance with Islamic guidance, accustomed to dressing according to Islamic teachings, preventing and minimizing juvenile delinquency. (2) The implementation process includes three aspects, namely material, methods, and parties involved. The material includes guidance in prayer, guidance of the Quran, guidance of sex, social ethics, dress ethics, how to make up, and caring to the environment. For the method used, namely: lecture, question and answer, and discussion. For parties involved in keputrian activities, namely: headmaster, vice principal, and PAI and Budi Pekerti teachers, (3) Evaluations used are non-tests, interviews and observations, (4) The supporting factors are the enthusiasm of students in deepening religion, competent and pleasant teachers, relevant material, and pleasant methods, while the inhibiting factors are lack of financial support, inadequate facilities, lack of cooperation with other teachers, especially BK teacher, (5) students' moral after following Keputrian activities which increase their enthusiasm in worship, increasingly regard and respect parents and teachers, and more and more care about the environment.
