Abstract

INDONESIA: Aglaia sp. merupakan salah satu genus dari familia Meliaceae yang telah banyak diteliti aktivitasnya. Aglaia minahassaae koord berasal dari daerah Minahasa Sulawesi Utara Indonesia dan merupakan salah satu spesies pada genus aglaia yang belum banyak diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengisolasi dan mengkarakterisasi senyawa metabolit sekuder dari fraksi n-heksana daun Aglaia minahassae koord. Serbuk daun (2,5 Kg) dimaserasi dengan n-heksana, kemudian ekstrak dipekatkan, lalu dipisahkan dan dimurnikan dengan metode kromatografi hingga didapat isolat murni berupa kristal jarum tak berwarna sebanyak 19,7471 mg. Isolat yang didapat lalu ditentukan struktur kimianya dengan metode spektroskopi IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR dan DEPT. Isolat diidentifikasi sebagai steroid golongan stigmastan dengan nama stigmast-5(6)-en-3β-ol dan rumus molekul C29H50O. Leaf powder (2.5 Kg) macerated WITH n-hexane, then extract concentrated, then separated and purified WITH Until chromatography method isolates obtained pure crystalline form of colorless needle as much as 19.7471 mg. The isolates obtained then determined its chemical structure WITH IR spectroscopy method, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and DEPT. Isolates were identified as steroid group stigmastan WITH name in stigmast-5(6)-en-3β-ol and molecular formula C29H50O.
