Abstract

INDONESIA Hubungan antar manusia bertujuan untuk mensejahterakan seluruh publik terkait didalam organisasi atau perusahaan agar tercapainya tujuan dari organisasi atau perusahaan dengan adanya kepuasan hati. Pimpinan perusahaan PT. Dias Design Consult Bandung dalam mempertahankan kinerja pegawai dengan melakukan berbagai macam strategi diantaranya adalah melalui kegiatan hubungan antar manusia Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pimpinan perusahaan tetap menjaga hubungan harmonis dalam publik internal melalui kegiatan hubungan antar manusia dengan prinsip-prinsip hubungan antar mansuia baik melalui rapat kerja, penghargaan, pujian, darmawisata, kumpulan keluarga, bonus agar publik internal perusahaan merasa nyaman. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memiliki relevansi penelitian adalah Teori Pertukaran Sosial Thibaut & Kelley (1959) dalam Richard & Lynn H (2008:217) menjelaskan setiap individu secara sukarela memasuki dan tinggal di dalam suatu hubungan hanya selama hubungan itu cukup memuaskan dalam hal penghargaan dan pengorbanannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan data primer serta sekunder melalui observasi, wawancara, komunikasi personal, kepada sejumlah informan perusahaan yang didukung oleh dokumentasi dan sumber-sumber rujukan penelitian yang memiliki relevansi dengan penelitian ini. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kasus, suatu metode untuk memahami metode individu yang dilakukan secara integrative dan komprehensif agar diperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang individu tersebut beserta masalah yang dihadipnya dengan tujuan masalahnya dapat terselesaikan dan memperoleh perkembangan diri yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep dasar-dasar manajemen George R. Terry yatitu POAC Planning, Actuating, Organizing, Controling. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan konsep POAC menjelaskan bahwa pimpinan PT. Dias Design Consult Bandung dalam menjaga, meningkatkan, memelihara dan membangun hubungan harmonis dalam publik internal menerapkan prinsip-prinsip hubunga antar manusia dengan kegiatan hubungan antar mansuia yang bersifat memberikan kenyamanan dan kepuasan hati melalui perkumpulan keluarga, bonus, pujian dan konseling. ENGLISH Human relations aims to prosper the entire public involved in the organization or company in order to achieve the goals of the organization or company with satisfaction. PT. Dias Design Consult Bandung in maintaining employee performance by carrying out various kinds of strategies including through human relations activities. The purpose of this study is to find out how company leaders maintain a harmonious relationship in the internal public through human relations activities with human relations principles both through work meetings, awards, praise, excursions, family gate, bonus so that the company's internal public feels comfortable. The theoretical foundation used in this research to have research relevance is the Theory of Social Exchange Thibaut & Kelley (1959) in Richard & Lynn H (2008: 217) explaining that each individual voluntarily enters and lives in a relationship only as long as the relationship is satisfactory in respect and sacrifice. This research was conducted with qualitative methods and used primary and secondary data through observation, interviews, personal communication, to a number of company informants who were supported by documentation and research reference sources that had relevance to this research. The research approach used is a case study approach, a method for understanding individual methods carried out integratively and comprehensively in order to obtain a deep understanding of the individual and the problems he faces with the aim of the problem being resolved and obtaining good self-development. This study uses the basic concepts of George R. Terry's management, namely POAC Planning, Actuating, Organizing, Controling. The results of the study based on the concept of POAC explained that the leadership of PT. Dias Design Consult Bandung in maintaining, enhancing, maintaining and building harmonious relations in the internal public applies the principles of relationships between people with activities between human relationships that provide comfort and satisfaction through family gathering, bonuses, praise and counseling.
