Abstract

INDONESIA: Pondok Pesantren pesantren Al - Basyaryah dimana sumber daya manusianya merupakan salah satu hal yang penting agar suatu satuan pondok pesantren memenuhi standar nasional pondok pesantren. Namun, pengangkatan staf pengajar di pondok pesantren Al - Basyaryah masih kurang terkelola khususnya pengangkatan staf pengajar di pondok pesantren. Dalam pengangkatan staf pengajar di pondok pesantren yang baik tentunya terdapat proses yang baik pula. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi pengangkatan staf pengajar di pondok pesantren dapat dipermudah dengan sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai rekomendasi (usulan) untuk mendukung keputusan manajemen dalam pondok pesantren dalam merencakan pengangkatan staf pengajar di pondok pesantren.Untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan pengangkatan staf pengajar di pondok pesantren maka dibuatlah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan pengangkatan staf pengajar pesantren terpadu mengunakan algoritma weghited product.   ENGLISH: Al - Basyaryah Islamic boarding school where human resources are one of the important things so that a boarding school unit meets the national standards of Islamic boarding schools. However, the appointment of teaching staff in Al - Basyaryah Islamic boarding schools is still poorly managed, especially the appointment of teaching staff in Islamic boarding schools. In the appointment of teaching staff in good Islamic boarding schools, of course there is a good process. With the development of information technology the appointment of teaching staff in Islamic boarding schools can be facilitated by a decision support system as a recommendation (proposal) to support management decisions in boarding schools in planning the appointment of teaching staff in boarding schools. a decision support system for the appointment of integrated Islamic boarding school teaching staff using a legalized product algorithm.
