Abstract

INDONESIA: Implementasi Kebijakan Pembangunan Desa Di Desa Bojong Kecamatan Bungbulang Kabupaten Garut. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pemerintah Desa Bojong belum maksimal dalam mengimplementasikan Kebijakan Pembangunan Desa sebagai mana amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Pasal 78. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Pembangunan Desa, model pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam Implementasi Kebijakan Pembangunan Desa, dan Output Implementasi Kebijakan Pembangunan Desa di Desa Bojong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Data yang digunakan adalah primer dan sekunder dengan subyek penelitian adalah Pemerintah Desa Bojong yang dipilih menggunakan teknik penentuan informan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Implementasi Kebijakan Pembangunan Desa di Desa Bojong sudah tepat guna karena dirasakan baik oleh masyarakat; 2) Sistem pemberdayan yang digunakan adalah mengedepankan gotong royong dalam bentuk tenaga; 3) adapun output Kebijakan Pembangunan Desa ini adalah Infrastruktur yang menunjang pembangunan ekonomi, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. ENGLISH: Implementation of Village Development Policy in Bojong Village Bungbulang Distric Garut Regency. The problem in this research is Bojong Village Government has not maximal in implementing Village Development Policy as mandated by law Number 6 Year 2014 article 78. This research aims to know the Implementation of Village Development Policy, model of community empowerment in Implementation of Village Development Policy, and Implementation Output Village Development Policy in Bojong Village. The research method used in this researchis Qualitative Descriptive Data collection technique gets interview, documentation study, and observation. The data used are primary and secondary with research subject is Bojong Village Government selected using technique of determining of informant purposive sampling. The result of this study are: 1) Implementation of Village Development Policy in Bojong Village is appropriate because it is felt well by the community; 2)the system of empowerment that is used is mutual cooperation; 3) Output of this Village Development Policy is infrastructure that support economic development, education, and health.
